### Le Roc de Chère - beau T2 avec parking

Bienvenue à Duingt!  
  
Situé au bord du lac d'Annecy et à deux minutes à pied du centre historique de Duingt et de tous ses commerces, découvrez un appartement tout équipé au bord du lac!  
Idéal pour 2 personnes, son emplacement est parfait pour vos vacances.  
La résidence possède un parking privé et un local sécurisé pour les vélos, et se trouve en bord de piste cyclable. De nombreuses locations de vélos se trouvent à proximité.  
La résidence a le droit d'accès au lac par l'immeuble d'en face, pratique pour une baignade rapide mais ce n'est pas une plage. Pour une après-midi à la plage nous vous conseillons la plage du château qui se trouve à seulement 300m!  
  
Le logement :  
  
L’appartement se trouve au 2ème étage avec ascenseur et possède deux balcons. Il est équipé d’une télévision, du Wifi et d’un lave-linge. La cuisine est équipée avec four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, appareil à raclette et machine à café Nespresso.  
La chambre possède un lit double et des rangements.  
  
Le linge de maison vous sera fourni pour votre séjour.  
Logement non-fumeur.  
Les animaux de compagnie sont autorisés, en comptant sur votre responsabilité pour aspirer les poils avant votre départ.  
  
🅿️ Une place de parking est incluse avec la réservation.  
  
Attention : le logement est en bord de route bien que face au lac, des nuisances sonores peuvent avoir lieu avec les fenêtres ouvertes. L'intérieur de l'appartement est quant à lui bien isolé avec du double vitrage.  
  
Proches des commerces, restaurants, bus et piste cyclable vous pourrez laisser la voiture au parking de la copropriété et partir à la découverte du vieux village de Duingt à pied.  
Aussi appelé « la perle du lac », Duingt est situé sur la rive gauche du lac d’Annecy dans un écrin de montagnes.

Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 21h.  
Au delà de 21h, si une solution d'arrivée autonome ne peut pas être trouvée, un supplément de 20€ vous sera demandé.  
  
Si le logement est disponible plus tôt nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avant 16h. Ceci ne pourra vous être confirmé que le jour même.  
De la même manière le jour de votre départ, un départ tardif sera permis si le logement n'est pas repris le soir même.

Aurelian was the Mgr of the vacation rental, he was super helpful, even helping us sort out a problem with our rental car.

The Appartement has a really beautiful sea view and Aurelien the host is always very friendly and helpful.Anyhow, the Appartement ist in no good condition. It was definitely not clean, the bed was broken. The balcony is unsaved. From my point of view it has to be closed.The whole building and the Appartement needs renovations.

#### Prachtig huis direct aan het meer, mooi gelegen in Duingt, de parel van het meer!

Het was een prachtig huis met twee balkons, direct aan het meer! Goed bed, hele huis is sfeervol ingericht. Op korte afstand van supermarkt en bakker (mooie wandeling er naartoe) Grotere supermarkt is in het dorp St. Jorioz. Annecy is op 12 km afstand, ook leuk om te bekijken is Talloires!

#### Pour un séjour paisible hors saison

La résidence est très calme, l'appartement globalement bien équipé et propre. La vue est très agréable. Nous avons loué début janvier donc à voir, aux beaux jours, s'il est possible d'apprécier la terrasse malgré la proximité de la route et du trafic. Petit commerce de dépannage et arrêt de bus à 10 min à pieds pratiques pour les personnes non véhiculées. Conciergerie très accueillante et disponible. Rapport qualité prix très discutable en janvier. A voir en pleine saison 😉. Bon séjour.

#### Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé avec un parking. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement le concierge pour son accueil, sa flexibilité et sa gentillesse. La proximité avec le lac en fait un emplacement de choix pour de jolies balades. Nous reviendrons avec nos deux chiens , c’est certain !
