### Le cosy de Duingt, charmant appartement à 150m du lac

Bienvenue à Duingt!  
  
Situé à 150 du lac et à deux minutes à pied du centre historique de Duingt et de tous ses commerces, découvrez un appartement tout équipé idéal pour vos vacances! La piste cyclable se trouve juste en face de l'appartement et le café cycliste de Duingt se trouve à 30 mètres si vous souhaitez louer des vélos. La résidence possède un local pour vélos.  
Les deux plages de Duingt se trouvent à 5minutes à pied.  
  
Le logement :  
  
Situé dans une résidence construite en 2023.  
L’appartement, décoré avec goût, se trouve au 1er étage sans ascenseur et possède une terrasse avec table, chaises et transats. Il est équipé d’une télévision, du Wifi et d’un lave-linge. La cuisine est équipée avec four, lave-vaisselle et machine à café Nespresso.   
La chambre possède un lit queen-size et des rangements.  
  
Le linge de maison vous sera fourni pour votre séjour.  
Logement non-fumeur, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans l’appartement.  
  
🅿️ Une place de parking vous est réservée en extérieur comme en souterrain  
  
Proches des commerces, restaurants, bus et piste cyclable vous pourrez laisser la voiture au parking de la copropriété et partir à la découverte du vieux village de Duingt à pied.  
Aussi appelé « la perle du lac », Duingt est situé sur la rive gauche du lac d’Annecy dans un écrin de montagnes.

Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 21h.  
Au delà de 21h, si une solution d'arrivée autonome ne peut pas être trouvée, un supplément de 20€ vous sera demandé.  
  
Si le logement est disponible plus tôt nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avant 16h. Ceci ne pourra vous être confirmé que le jour même.  
De la même manière le jour de votre départ, un départ tardif sera permis si le logement n'est pas repris le soir même.

#### Bon vacance

L'appartement répond à toutes les attentes. Belle vue sur les montagnes. Plus 2 places de parking nous étions avec une voiture, remorque 2 motos et 2 vélos avaient suffisamment d'espace de stationnement pour cela.

#### Appartement confortable à Duingt

Nous étions accueillis par une jeune charmante et polis dame qui nous a remis les clefs. Elle nous à donner quelques explications et par mail on a reçu quelques conseilles pour passer en bon séjour à Duingt et environs. Un petit manquement est que je n’ai pas trouvé un guide avec les explications de tout les appareilles se trouvent dans l’appartement.
