Bienvenue à Duingt !   
  
Situé dans la résidence les Libellules, au bord de l’eau et à deux minutes à pied du centre historique de Duingt et de tous ses commerces.   
  
Découvrez un magnifique appartement en duplex dans un immeuble rénové les pieds dans l’eau !  
Idéal pour 5 personnes, il se compose de trois chambres, de toilettes séparées et de deux salles de bains, une avec douche et une avec baignoire, d’un balcon sur le lac avec une vue grandiose sur les montagnes, et d’une cuisine équipée donnant sur un vaste salon/séjour.  
Cet appartement en dernier étage bénéficie d'une surface au sol de 170m2   
  
 Deux chambres sont équipées d’un lit double 160x200cm, la troisième possède un lit simple 80x190cm. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de rangements pour vos effets personnels.  
Télévision et Wifi haut débit, cuisine équipée avec four, lave-vaisselle et machine à café Nespresso  
L’appartement est également équipé d’un lave-linge.  
Une place vous est réservée dans le parking de copropriété sécurisé.  
  
Le linge de maison vous sera fourni pour votre séjour.  
Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans l’appartement.   
  
Les restaurants et commerces sont accessibles à pied, vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant votre séjour et laisser votre voiture dans le parking de copropriété.   
🧳 Pour garantir votre tranquillité d'esprit jusqu'au départ de votre train, nous vous conseillons vivement d'utiliser la consigne à bagages "Lockin" au 2 rue Jean Jaurès à Annecy pour laisser vos valises en toute sécurité  
  
Les arrivées se font à partir de 16h, si vous souhaitez arriver avant et que le logement est libre notre concierge pourra vous accueillir en fonction des disponibilités.  
Pour les arrivées après 21h une supplément de 20€ sera à remettre au concierge.  
Les départs se font pour 10h.  
  
Duingt, aussi appelé « la perle du lac », est situé sur la rive gauche du lac d’Annecy dans un écrin de montagnes. Visitez son vieux village, admirez ses deux châteaux et profitez de ses plages ! Au plaisir de vous recevoir !
