The luxury and contemporary architectural design of Villa Andoris, with 300 sqm of living area, is perched above Duce village on a 610 sqm fenced plot. The villa is only 650m from the sandy beach and it features an unimpeded view of the seaside, islands, and town of Omiš from its abundance of full-length windows through the living and sleeping area. It can accommodate 8 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms, with a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a well equipped Gym, Finnish Sauna and a Jacuzzi (a Hot-Tub) in a Spa zone, Sonos speakers for music lovers, a heated private pool and a very spacious living area with sea views from every corner of the property. Villa Andoris is a fully air-conditioned property (a Daikin heating, cooling, and, hot water solution that combine renewable and traditional energy sources, as an efficient and green solution), with free WiFi. Luxury Villa Andoris features greater square footage, luxe amenities and features, premium materials, and quality finishing providing you with a very comfortable stay. Following all, each guest will be provided with L\`Occitane skincare products together with a bathrobe and slippers for their use.
