This home was absolutely lovely and made a wonderful base from which to explore Bryce and Zion. My boys especially appreciated the pool table and arcade machine. They also made ample use of the pingpong table!
I fell completely in love as soon as we arrived! Everything was absolutely amazing!! 100 stars for sure! Everything was so clean and so comfortable! Definitely a home away from home!!
The property was great! We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness, however the property managers were willing to send someone out to address the issues.👍
As amazing as the posting looked for this property, I feel like it was undersold. It lists 2 bedrooms, which is technically true, but the loft is an amazing 3rd bedroom. There is a bedroom and bathroom on each of the 3 levels, which was great for the older members of our group. We had a "snowed in" day, which made all the entertainment options in the cabin (pool table, ping pong, dart board, arcade game, board games, wide screen tv) all the more valuable. And the mountain road crew was fantastic: not only did they plow the road 4 times in one day, but they plowed the berm out of the driveway as well! All in all an amazing Thanksgiving with our Utah family, and we would love to go back some day
Great cabin, with lots of entertainment would highly recommend this for a big family or even two family’s it has everything you need inside and out great patio deck, front and back. Nice fire pit just a beautiful cabin.
Beautiful place, fully equipped, lots of fun with the game room, fire pit, and wrap around patio. Everything was perfect except the cleaning lady was still there so we had to wait for her to leave. The dishes were dirty so we had to wash what we needed before we could use them. Fix thise issues and it was perfect.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Pros: Large living spaces with great entertaining amenities. Location was good for us between Bryce and Zion. Its on a dirt road which we didn’t realize but still access was fineCon’s: Not particularly clean. Lots of carpet that should be cleaned or replaced. Very tired property LOTS of taxidermied animals throughout which we did not care for but just a personal view. No dishwasher. BBQ wasn’t useful as the gas jets seemed to be clogged

Fans unusable, bed uncomfortable, maintenance issues
Hot in cabin and fan in family room so wobbly the chain made clinking noise against outdated glass light covers so we couldn’t use it. No blinds in main floor game room so heat poured in the afternoon. Blind in family room busted. Dining room had broken window. Carpet in family room and main floor bedroom had many rolls needing to be stretched. Floors very loud and squeaky. Upper floor master king bedroom very hot. Fan there wobbly also with fan lights hanging from exposed electrical wires so we couldn’t use. Screen missing in window also. We Had to sleep on main floor queen bed which was cramped and mattress hard and uncomfortable. They didn’t provide any Kleenex and the toilet paper and paper towels provided were very thin and cheap. We’ve stayed at many Vrbo rentals and this by far was the worst. Our reservation was for 5 days but we left after 2 sleepless nights. I would give it 1 star but there was good communication with host albeit nothing could be done about our complaints. It was private and in a beautiful area. With better beds, fans, blinds, paper products, flooring repairs, windows, and deck repairs it would be a decent place. Right now it’s very overpriced for the shape it’s in.
