- Central location in the heart of historic Dubuque, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with 1,100 Sq/Ft. is less then 10 minutes from all of the major attractions. This property has recently been updated and has modern finishes.
The kitchen includes a large granite slab island with commercial faucet.
Bathroom included double granite vanity, heated tile floor, and custom tiled shower.
Large master bedroom includes a king size memory foam bed, 32" TV, large custom closet, and rocking chair.
Second bedroom features both a queen size bed, and a fold down sleeper sofa.
