Everything you might need during your vacation is close by. Old town is in walking distance and bus stup is approx. 200 meters away. Fully equipped kitchen provides everything you might need to prepare perfect meal such as: refrigerator, coffee machine Dolce gusto, electric kettle. stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster and kitchen utensils. One bedroom compromise double bed and single bed and another compromise double bed. The bathroom includes shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment also offers: free Wi-Fi flat screen TV SAT TV A/C 30 sqm furnished terrace with garden view iron jacuzzi Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Appartement bien situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel de Dubrovnik. De nombreuses très jolies plages à proximité. Un peu plus éloigné de la old town à pieds, mais il est possible de s’y rendre rapidement en bus. Appartement propre sauf le sol qui n’est pas lessivé (les chaussettes deviennent noires) Jacuzzi et terrasse agréables qui apportent vraiment un plus à l’appartement. Climatisation qui marche très bien et qui sauve durant les jours de grandes chaleurs. Cependant, le Airbnb est mal équipé : pas d’éponges, de sac poubelles, de pastille de lave vaisselle, de lessive et pas de papier toilette en provision. Chambres spacieuses, agréables et équipées mais pièce de vie assez petite quand on est un groupe de 5\. De woning was erg mooi alleen op de foto’s leek het veel groter dan dat het daadwerkelijk was. De woning is in een lokale plek gevestigd, Waardoor wij veel te maken hadden met de locals. Deze waren niet altijd even vriendelijk. Wij hebben gehad dat een van onze buren zelf water gooide van boven naar ons beneden omdat het avondtijd was maar vrijdag avond. Het bed viel ook een keer half uit elkaar Bij aankomst lekte de douche ook maar dit is wel gelukkig heel snel opgelost. De communicatie tussen de host (Martina) was wel heel fijn en snel. Als er iets mis was werd het snel opgelost Verder is het een hele goed gelegen plaats.
