This cozy studio is set on the first floor of a traditional stone building typical for the Old town. Upon entering the studio , you can find a bathroom with a shower, one double bed, sitting area with chairs, TV, and a well equiped kitchenette. Studio is air conditioned so it provides a comfortable stay during the summer heats. Amenities include: AC, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, flat screen TV, Kitchenette with stovetop, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster and kitchenware. From the building entrance there are 20 steps to reach the studio on the first floor. Located in the heart of the Old town, the apartment is within a couple minutes walking distance from all historical sights such as the city walls, St. Blaise church , monasteries, Onofrio fountain, Rector's palace etc. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, grocery stores, open market and the famous Banje beach are also within walking distance so all travelers can make the most of their time in the city when everything is within easy reach. For travelers who are looking for a more relaxing place to swim and relax under the sun, Old town port offers frequent boat line during spring and summer time to the nearby Lokrum island. Studio can be combined with properties Nino, Eddie room, Annette room, Sebastian studio all in the same building to accommodate a total of 12 guests. Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025\. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.
