This charming studio apartment with balcony and sea view is located above the beautiful Uvala Lapad bay, 3 kilometers from the Old Town, approx.10-15 minutes by bus. Bus stop is 3 minute walking distance.

The sea and a nice seaside walking pathway that leads to many beautiful beaches around entire Lapad peninsula are on a few minute walking distance. Above the apartment is the beautiful Petka wood natural reserve, which is ideal for jogging, nice long walks and from there you have some stunning views on Dubrovnik riviera.

Both supermarket and bakery are only 160 m away, Uvala Lapad Beach is 250 m away (sand and small pebble) and new, modern 3D cinema with 3 halls is 200 m from the apartment.

Lovely, cosy, well-equipped apartment within easy reach by bus or car of Dubrovnik old town. Close to a stony ‘sunset’ beach with plenty of reasonable restaurants and bars in Lapad. The hosts, Maro and Vesna are super friendly if you need any help during your stay.

Amazing location and I was able to walk to Sunset Beach and grab dinner in town. Marlo had great communication, and it was an easy check-in and check-out process. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We really appreciated this location as it was away from the hustle/bustle of City Walls and was a welcome place to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. Taking the bus into Dubrovnik for the main sites was easy, and Uber is available as well and a short drive. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in this apartment. The balcony had an amazing view and it was great to be so close to the beach and the bus stop. It was very easy to take the bus into the old town. Communication was very clear and they kindly let us check in early. Would recommend!

Great stay in Dubrovnik!

We were so happy with our stay at this home in Lapad, great view and nicely appointed. The busses to old town are frequent and after a busy day we could swim in The Adriatic. We had a fabulous time and the owners are wonderful!

What a wonderful stay at Apartment Julia Apartment had everything I needed and was perfectly situated to the beach and town for meals. I walked the promenade each evening and found wonderful restaurants to enjoy fresh seafood. I sat on the balcony and enjoyed stunning views of the Adriatic. It was an easy Uber Ride to Dubrovnik where one morning I walked the wall followed by a day at Lokrum Island. The hosts went above and beyond to make my stay as special as possible. The hospitality they provided was excellent and I’ll be forever thankful for the many kindnesses they extended to me. They made my stay extra special.

Great property on the Lapad peninsula!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The apartment was very clean, the hot water didn't run out during an average length shower (an issue at other properties we stayed at in Croatia), the location is great (very close to a great public beach) and the rest of what Dubrovnik has to offer was within an 6-15 minute car ride or an 8-30 minute walk. We would stay here again!

Studio Julia- home away from home

Fabulous location ( steps get you fit!!) with lovely views. Great hosts who meet and greet you, with lots of information if needed. Clean and fresh apartment, perfect for two. Amenities close by and great swimming beach located

Amazing studio apartmetn

Everything was wonderful, from a lovely greeting and orientation from our hosts and treats provided the first evening when we arrived. The view from the patio is beautiful, the beaches so close and a great park behind the place. The space was perfect for a couple and hosts were so friendly and helpful. 5 star recommendation.

Incredible views over the main Lapad beach and easy accessibility into the restaurants and bars as well as Dubrovnik via bus. The apartment was very well equipped and well kept. Maro and Vesna were extremely helpful and attentive.

Lovely apartment

The apartment has everything you need and Vesna & Maro do all they can to make you welcome and ensure your stay is happy. Vesna even shared with us some delicious tiramisu she had made! The apartment is well equipped and the view from the balcony is beautiful!

I would come back!

Thank you Vesna and Maro! Everything was wonderful from the comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen and the convenient location. Close to old town, and even has its own charming beach and tons of restaurants around the apartment. I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Croatia!

Relaxing location and extremely comfortable apartment

The apartment was very clean, in a fantastic location and well equipped. Having the bonus of a balcony overlooking Lapad enhanced the whole stay. Maro and Vesna were wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend if you want to stay out of the business of the old town but wth access to it on the local bus.

A fabulous apartment!

This apartment has a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. The view is stunning and the apartment couldn’t be cleaner. We spent a few weeks in different cities all over Croatia and this apartment was the best of all! It’s truly a gem!

Great property, location and host

We loved our stay! The studio is located in a terrific area in walking distance of the beach, an amazing boardwalk along the bay, and a charming promenade with many bars and restaurants. The hillside location provides a fantastic view and we loved starting and ending our day on the balcony. The apartment is very pleasant to stay in - clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our host was also great - friendly and informative! I’m happy to recommend it.

Excellent Apartment

The hosts, Maro & Vesna were extremely helpful and very friendly whilst not being intrusive. The accommodation was very clean, minimal but included everything required to make it a very pleasant stay. The location of the property was fantastic, views over Sunset beach and close to local amenities and bus routes. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Lapad.

Lapad

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay. Vesna, the owner of the apartment, lives in the apartment below, and is there to offer any assistance and advice. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. There is a free parking space, and the beach and bus stop are only a 10-15 minute walk.

Fantastic apartment

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment with a great view from the balcony overlooking Uvala beach. Maro & Vesna were perfect hosts, welcoming and helpful with plenty of useful tips and excellent communication. The apartment was clean and fitted out very nicely with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The fresh juice and rakia in the fridge was very much appreciated! We wouldn't hesitate to book again on any future trips to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik.

The studio apartment what exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and very well kept. The best part of this are the hosts. You will never find a family who is willing to do as much as they do for their customers. I arrived sick with my daughter and Maro went above and beyond to accommodate us by picking up groceries, dinner and medicine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you made our stay absolutely perfect.

Breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea & Amazing apartment!

We fell in love with this place the moment we entered and saw the lovely view overlooking the city and Adriatic Sea! The space was just right for the two of us with every amenity imaginable provided. Our hosts gave us a beer when we arrived, had their local made Rakia drinks in the fridge for us and even made us pancakes for Sunday breakfast! They gave us many helpful tips of where to go and how to navigate our sightseeing with such a welcoming air of kindness and friendliness. They are the epitome of Croatian hospitality we have heard about! We hope to come again and enjoy this magical place.

A Little Slice of Heaven <3

The Studio Apartment was everything I expected and so much more! The view is breathtaking ESP @ night! Access by road or stairs that lead down to Sunset Beach. Close to supermarkets, cafes and bakery. The bus (route 4) is also close by and goes straight to Old Town. The hosts were on site to welcome me and were friendly and accommodating! This charming place with full kitchen, bath, deck and comfortable bed made my final days in Dubrovnik a delight! Highly recommended as it won’t disappoint :) thank-you!

Comfortable place to lay your head head.

Comfortable bed. Nice view. Although if you have mobility issues I would not recommend this. You have to walk down about 10 steps and then walk back up another 10 or so steps to get into the unit. There is a store and several restaurants within a 10 minute walk, one way will require you walking up or down approximately 169 steps. Or you can choose to walk up the hill. That's approximately a half mile. Not very steep but long. If you take a rideshair from the apartment to the old town, that will run you approximately 7 to 9 euro each way. Be certain of your dates. No refunds will be given if you need to shorten your stay.
