Located in a familiar neighbourhood, just 300m to the sea. The studio apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, where you can prepare breakfast and small dishes (a mini market is only a few meters away from the house). Kitchenette offers fridge, stove, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, toaster. The bathroom is modern with a walk in shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Balcony is private and it is furnished. You can enjoy sea view from the balcony. Distances: Old town 1.5 km Bus stop 500m Uvala Lapad 1.9 km Cable car 1.9 km Beaches near by: Bellevue, Rixos, Šljunak In the walking distance you can find few restaurants. Grocery store is approx. 200 meters away. Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik. Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Great little place in a good location, just minutes from Bellevue beach, a market and restaurants. We had a great time here and the hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. Also, the condition of the apartment with AC, fully equipped kitchen, were also a great topic.
