Titel: Toller Ausblick, aber deutlicher Nachholbedarf bei Sauberkeit und Komfort Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Altstadt ist absolut traumhaft und rettet definitiv den Aufenthalt. Leider kann das Panorama nicht über die Mängel der Unterkunft hinwegtäuschen. Zustand und Hygiene:Alt und charmant ist völlig in Ordnung – aber nur, wenn es sauber ist. Die Hygienestandards wurden hier leider nicht erfüllt. Das Apartment wirkte schlecht geputzt: Schubladen und Schränke waren unordentlich, die Fenster schon lange nicht mehr geputzt. Besonders das Badezimmer ist in einem vernachlässigbaren Zustand, teilweise verrostet, und der Abfluss funktioniert nicht richtig. Es fehlt einfach die warme, gastfreundliche Note – die Wohnung wirkt kühl und lieblos. Service und Lage:Der Gastgeber selbst ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Allerdings gibt es logistische Schwächen: Den Müll muss man selbst entsorgen und dafür zwei Straßen weiter die Treppen hinuntertragen. Erreichbarkeit:Ein wichtiger Punkt für zukünftige Gäste: Die Lage erfordert eine sehr gute Kondition. Wer im Sommer bei 30 °C kein Problem damit hat, zwei- bis dreimal am Tag gefühlt 500 Stufen bergauf zu steigen, ist hier richtig. Ausdauer und eine Portion guter Wille sind für diese Unterkunft absolute Voraussetzung. Fazit: Für fitte Reisende mit Fokus auf die Aussicht okay, für den Preis sollte aber dringend an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden.
