You can enjoy on beautiful 40 sqm terrace with sea views! Tennis courts are also 5 minutes from house, you can rent equipment or bring yours and enjoy the tournament :) Studio apartment is for 2 persons, 27 sqm living space and 40 sqm terrace with sea view, bathroom is with shower and has washing machine. Summer kitchen consist of fridge, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven and kitchen utensils. TV, air conditioned, has wi-fi, and sea view. Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik. Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. If you’re looking for an accommodation outside of the Old Town, especially if you’re exploring the area with a rental car, this place is a great option. Beautiful scenery right outside the front door, there is a little staircase below you can walk down to the water which is nice. Once we found it was situated in a beautiful location, with great views. The taxi men wanted to leave us at the entrance to hotel at top of the street which would be difficult to get luggage to location. The location of this apartment was fantastic! Walking distance to the Old town but it was far enough from all the chaos. The apartment itself was smaller than it looked in the photos (photos showed an entrance hall and stairs which our apartment did not have) but it was still absolutely fine for our needs. Highlight was the outdoor seating looking onto the well kept garden. Also the steps at the bottom of the hill leading straight into the water was absolutely amazing. Awesome place, located right on the beach. Out of town but still within walking distance of old town, which is great because it’s much quieter and peaceful! Beautiful views and outdoor seating to relax. A minor note for taller travellers - The kitchen and bathroom roof is \~190cm high, so as a taller person I had to duck a bit in that area but that was no worries. Plenty of room in the main bedroom area, where the roof is much higher. We really enjoyed ourselves here! Check in was smooth and the host was very responsive. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great while we were in Dubrovnik so we didn’t end up going to the beach but I understand it is quite close to the apartment. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the old town with beautiful scenery to admire while walking.
