    The two-bedroom apartment is situated in the center of the Old City Dubrovnik on the first floor of a couple of centuries-old building. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

This apartment is great for four people, more than for six really. It worked well for us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and very comfortable with seats and a table large enough for six. There were 15 steps to get up to our apartment which was just manageable for my dad who is 91. It’s a lot easier to find if you aim your maps for the Marco Polo restaurant and then it’s the first doorway into an apartment on the right inside their seating area. We enjoyed our stay there, but the only drawback was the shower which leaked water onto the floor. We did really enjoy staying in the heart of old town Dubrovnik, though! Everything was so conveniently located around us. Surprisingly, it was also very quiet in the apartment although I did play White Noise to sleep at night just to mask little sounds that might crop up.

Great spot, but quite hard to find. Some more detailed instructions would be helpful (ie. the entrance is in the laneway of the Marco Polo restaurant). Could do with some general maintenance as looking a bit tired. Shower head leaks and floods the bathroom floor, power points hanging off the wall, the metal plate covering the bath/shower plumbing comes off, bed squeaks loudly. Washing machine supplied, but no detergent or pegs (they did supply detergent promptly when we asked). Beach towels would be handy! There is a bit of noise through the night (restaurants below and church bells), but that’s all part of the old town experience.

The location of this unit was magical! You’ll have plenty of space and the apartment is well conditioned we stayed very comfortably here. The communication with the host was great.

We had a great stay at Old Town Finest! The location could not be better! The host provided excellent directions to the apartment. The unit was clean and comfortable and we were happy to find that the a/c kept the rooms cool despite the heat outside. We would not hesitate to book again!

First, the positives of the apartment. The location of the apartment was right in the center of old town. It was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. And, now for negatives. We arrived after a long day of travel and found 5 dead cockroaches in different areas of the apartment. I contacted the host right away and they responded quickly and had someone come to clean it out while we were at dinner. We didn’t see anymore cockroaches in our 3 night stay, but it did ruin the entire stay for us because we were constantly looking for them. Also, the bathroom shower does not have a good enclosure and water comes out leaving the floor completely wet. It is a mess.

Great memories

A big clean modern apartment located inside the Old Town walls, with a very good price - made our stay with family simply awesome! Apartment was Very easy to find! And with a restaurant just outside your door, made us lazy to cook, even with the modern kitchen facilities in the apartment. Everything is included from shampoos, towels, linens, etc. I wish they would: add 8 pairs of ice making plastic containers; install a shower curtain in the bathtub so water doesn’t leak out; change the mattress because they were super soft, not good for the back 😣; other than these, the apartment is almost perfect for beautiful Dubrovnik! Thank you for sharing this place to my family.

Nice Location in Dubrovnik

While apartment is centrally located and checkin was easy, we found a few concerns upon arrival. One of the toilet seat was broken in 3 pieces and unusable. A bathroom wall socket was hs going off the wall and the apartment was described on VRBO as having 2 full baths when in fact, it only had 1 and a half. (Inconvenient for 2 elderly couples). It took 24 hours for repairs to be made (toilet seat and outlet). We felt that these concerns should have been fixed before our arrival.

Great stay

Great apartment in Old Town Dubrovnik! AMAZING location with lots or restaurant in the area. There is a cute square with an out door market nearby with fresh fruits and local merchants. The apartment was easy to get to with luggage. Once inside the building there are only a few steps to navigate up to the first floor where apartment was located. For anyone coming to Dubrovnik, I would recommend walking the city walls. There are a lot of steps initially but it is well worth it! The views of the city inside and out were spectacular! Beautiful city and great apartment.

We visited for a wedding at Sponza Palace and the apartment was conveniently located to the venue. The apartment met our needs for the visit and if looking for a centrally located place in the old city this is a good choice.
