You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space This lovely newly furnished apartment offers everything someone could need to make himself feel as homely as possible while staying in Dubrovnik.Your vacation is there to relax and fill up energy so the apartment offers a big spacious bed for two in the bedroom (there are two single beds pushed together so it's 180cm wide). The bathroom features a shower, washing machine and hairdryer, towels and linen are included in the price. The cozy Living room also offers a comfortable sofa bed for two, so there is enough room for four people in the apartment.If you are thinking about preparing yourself a nice meal with Croatian ingredients the space features a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, cooker, stove top and cooking utensils. Please, wash the dishes after use and take out the garbage on check out. The western entrance to the Old City is called Pile gate and it is part of the Pile area. It is like all transport hubs for the whole city, especially in tourist meaning. Almost all bus stops here and there is a taxi stations so this area can be very crowded and busy during the summertime. The Brsalje terrace with its view to part of the Western side of the Walls and fort Lovrijenac is a center of picturesque neighborhood Pile together with its little harbor called Beach Sulic or Kolorina. Wooden drawbridges which use to be raised every night in the past guide you to the very center of Old City and the main street called Placa or Stradun.(There is the same gate on the opposite, eastern side of the Old City called Ploče gate).This area offers you magnificent apartments with a view of the streets of the Old City and the Walls. We spent almost a month at the property. It has everything you need for long stays. Good Internet for working remotely. The place is also in a perfect location, with a walking distance to the sunset beach in Lapad and to the old town. Many good options to get your groceries. The only downside is the shower. The hot water doesn't last long, and the space to take the shower is not that big. That said, the water pressure is great to enjoy it. The company responsible for the property is responsive and very friendly, and will take care of any inquiries. Très bon séjour, Dommage que le logement ne soit pas desservi par le bus (très peu de lignes) Sinon il était à 17min à pied de la vieille ville donc cela restait correct, Logement propre, matelas confortable Tout équipé! Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in Dubrovnik und man wohnt zwischen Einheimischen. Direkt neben an ist ein Supermarkt. Wir durften früher in die Wohnung (nach Absprache). Die Wohnung selber sieht nicht ganz so gut wie auf den Bildern aus, ist aber sauber und gepflegt. Der zugehörige Parkplatz war die ganze Zeit anderweitig belegt, man konnte dennoch vor dem Haus parken. Leider war die Waschmaschine defekt aber die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin organisierte eine Wäsche im 750m entfernten Waschsalon. Leider haben wir nicht alle Klamotten wieder bekommen, was sehr ärgerlich ist und uns erst im Nachhinein aufgefallen ist. Very nice płace, perfect location, clean and comfortable. Konzum Market in 100 m dostanie. 20 min walk to Old Town alongside stunning seaside promenadę. Or 5 minutes by bus. Also close to the New Harbor.
