This comfortable apartment is located on top, 5th floor, of a newly built building in heart of Gruž Bay. This modern and contemporary apartment rental unit consists of large open plan kitchen with living and dining area, bedroom with twin beds, master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with shower. Living room opens onto a spacious balcony/terrace offering sea view and furnished with outside dining table. Great spot for breakfast before heading to Old Town or beach. Amenities include: AC(living room and bedrooms), SAT TV, free Wifi, heating, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster; fully equipped bathroom with washer, walk in shower and hair dryer, completely furnished balcony with town view and a private parking spot in underground garage connected with elevator. Check in was a little tough. We were transferring from a cruise and our guide called to ensure we could store our luggage. It was confirmed we could store luggage “at reception” until the unit was ready. They neglected to tell us that reception was in another building that was a 15 minute uber ride away so we showed up and had no where to put our things and had to order another transfer.Additionally, the space was mostly clean but had not been dusted at all. You must take out your own trash before checkout. The space is super nice, updated and very modern with everything you need. However, there is no dryer so clothes needed to be air dried. Not great if you have a lot of stuff and little time. Beds are good, but pillows are VERY firm so be prepared if you prefer something soft.
