Air conditioning was good, and the small balcony was a nice feature. Good facilities, although not a lot of storage space (and remember to bring your own toiletries). Also, note the apartment is up four flights of stairs, so be prepared if you have a large suitcase! Service was good and the complimentary breakfast at nearby Cafe Festival was excellent. Checkin/checkout was easy, and there is a reception area to leave your bags if you arrive early / are leaving for the airport late.
