This apartment is a great choice for larger groups or families visiting Dubrovnik. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a family house offering a master en-suite king bedroom with a balcony, 3 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen with dining area and the living room which opens onto a balcony with a magnificent view over the Ombla river. In front of the house there is a pier with direct access to the sea and the sun loungers are reserved exclusively for guests. The apartment also features 2 private parking spots and mooring dock for boat. Amenities include: AC in all rooms, Cable TV, HiFi, Free WiFi, Washing machine, Hair Dryer, Iron and ironing board, and fully equipped kitchen with: stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle. Mokosica is a calm Dubrovnik suburb which lies on the shore of a small river called Ombla. The whole area is known as Rijeka Dubrovačka and it is famous for its numerous renaissance summer houses owned by Dubrovnik's noble families from 17th century. Mokosica is located approximately 10 kilometres from Dubrovnik Old Town which can easily be reached by public transport. Buses run frequently every 15 minutes during the summer season. Other options include taking a taxi or Uber. Guests can find grocery shops, restaurants, café bars and the bus stop to the Old Town and Dubrovnik City Center just withing a short walking distance from the apartment. Hedera A24 sleeps 8 guests. \*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. \* Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The apartment was very spacious and clean. A lovely welcoming gift in the fridge which was a nice suprise. The bedrooms were very big and a lovely balcony overlooking the river was a nice view to wake up too. It’s a 10min taxi ride into Dubrovnik. Ubers were regular. The beds were comfortable and the AC was sufficient for hot blooded Americans :) My only complaint is that the checkout process was not as seamless. The communication was confusing as the woman who helped us checkin lead us to believe they would be picking us and our baggage up and storing it for free. When it was time for checkout, there were charges for all of that. I’m assuming it was the result of the language barrier or our misunderstanding. The bus stop is NOT close.
