This newly appointed 3-bedroom apartment exudes tranquility, boasting breathtaking vistas of the sea. Located in the picturesque village of Lozica, just a scenic 10-minute drive from Dubrovnik, this seaside sanctuary offers a blend of modern comforts and captivating surroundings.  
  
Step into the inviting interior, where a chic open-plan layout awaits. The apartment features a stylish living and dining area, adorned with contemporary furnishings and ample seating for relaxation and entertainment. Three elegantly appointed bedrooms await, each offering king-sized beds, air conditioning, wardrobe space, and SAT TV. The master bedroom grants access to a balcony and en suite bathroom.
