It was Labour day and all shops were closed. I was provided with toothpaste and a converter plug which was very much appreciated. I was also promptly helped to get connected to the WiFi when I needed it. The property was in decent condition. The bed was very comfy, the view from the apartment is incredible. Be prepared for lots of stairs. It’s about 2 km to the old town but if you don’t have your own vehicle the main road to catch the bus or walk anywhere requires lots of stairs. Maintenance is needed; the door handle to my room fell off twice, the microwave door handle and water tap handle were broken.
