The unit could use some needed upkeep as there were a number of small issues that started adding up, a good example being the hall bathroom latch unable to keep the bathroom door closed. Jimmy was incredibly welcoming - greeting us and welcoming us with grappa and some sweets and making us feel at home. The property was perfect for our needs - very close to old town, beautiful views, and wonderful outside space as well. It’s also very near the base of the cable car. The view is spectacular. The patio is lovely as well. Jimmy was very helpful and friendly. He showed us the apartment, told us a lot of interesting stories and shared some of him homemade grappa with us. The location is just outside the walls of the Old City with beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea behind the city. Literally a two minute walk to the Old City and to the beach. The apartment also has a terrace that was nice to sit on in the evening with a bottle of wine. I highly recommend this apartment. ##### Edmond F.
