Pros: The balcony and the view was incredible, bed made for a comfortable sleep and the AC unit worked great. Water pressure in shower good. Really close to Benji beach! Cons: towels and bedding are out dated and really need an update. The bathroom is not attached to the room and is in between your room and another guests room. Photo a gallery shows 2 bedrooms, the smaller one IS NOT included. Require a key to open front door, bedroom door and bathroom door which can get a little difficult especially during the night. Shower would get a little clogged so requires a cleanup. No elevator so keep in mind you will be climbing stairs everywhere in Dubrovnik

The amazing view from the balcony made up for the shortcomings of the room. Clean basic sparten facilities which were adequate. Comfy but creaky bed (blankets not duvet). Excellent location for old town. Need to be aware that room has 45 external steps to access but view worth it. Small things like wastepaper bin and possibly bedside tables would make the space easier to manage.
