Spacious apartment with a well stocked kitchen. Host was super friendly and available if anything was needed. Air conditioning was excellent (two pumps in the space). Use of outdoor terrace and washing machine. Please note: 40 steps up from the gate to the apartment. Main parking garage is roughly 175 steps above the property on the edge of the old town. Walk to Pile Gate from the property is a gentle slope. Overall excellent apartment with a comfortable bed - had a great 3 day stay.

The location of the apartment is very near the old town and you can see the sea. It could have been cleaner. We had some Problems to reach someone for check-in. The main bed was creaking.

Dubrovnik terrace haven

Very pleasant stay at Apartment Paula. Well positioned just outside Old Town Pile gate, Greeted with a cold beer on arrival which is always appreciated. But being Dubrovnik there are stairs to contend with,but not many leading to this apartment.

Cute little apartment, just outside the City walls near to Pile gate. Ths 1 bed apartment was perfect for my son and I on a 4 night trip to Dubrovnik. The apartment is access via one of the winding lanes and is a little up hill. The gate leads to a staircase up to a terrace. A great option for a stay in an amazing city.

Do not stay here.

Had confirmation that the apartment had cable TV and a dryer from Hotels.com. It had neither. When I contacted the owner she said, sorry, that is my other apartment. When I contacted Hotels.com, they said no refund. Unit had a comfortable bed and nice terrace, but was old and dated.

À éviter, c’est une arnaque

Je souhaiterai avertir tous les futurs clients : les photos ne sont pas ce à quoi ressemble le logement, loin de là ! Si vous souhaitez avoir un logement convenable à un prix convenable, n’allez pas ici : J’ai connu des hôtels à 20 euros qui avait la même qualité. L’appartement n’est pas très propre, le lit craqué au moindre mouvement, la douche est à moitié bouché, vous n’avez que peu d’éléments pour cuisiner sur place et la communication avec le loueur est quasi impossible : leur numéro est une IA qui ne parle que la langue croate. Aucune instruction à l’arrivée, ni même pour le départ. Ce logement a gâché mes vacances et nous n’avons pu obtenir de remboursement !

Emplacement parfait mais appartement très humide.

L'emplacement du logement est juste parfait , à 5 min à pied du vieux Dubrovnik. Le lit tres confortable, par contre le canapé lit ne l'est pas du tout, il convient pour des enfants. L'appartement sent le moisi, il est très humide et il y a des traces de moisissures.

Lovely patio and clean apartment

The accommodation is perfect. There is a good sized double bedroom and if needed a sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen has enough utensils and equipment to cook. It’s a very short walk to the gates of the old town, shops and cafes. As it’s off the main strip, it’s very quiet. The patio has a lovely aspect. We had breakfast on the patio each morning. I would recommend for Dubrovnik.
