Apartments & Room Frane are located in Lapad, only 15 minutes from the nearest beach and 10 minutes ride from the Old Town, perfect for a relaxing family or friends vacation.

This lovely double room is perfectly fit for up to two people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning, flat-screen SAT TV, refrigerator and kettle. The private bathroom is fitted with shower and hair dryer.  
  
Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous promenade are found within 10 minute walk away, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theatre. There are also many beaches in the nearby area waiting for your discovery. This location is perfect for guests, being close to the touristic centre, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.  
  
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km away.

Es ist eine kleine grüne Oase inmitten der Stadt, Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen mit Gepäck und haben frische Früchte aus dem Garten bekommen, Die Busstation ist direkt oben an der Straße, Mit der Linie 4 fährt man in ein paar Minuten bis zur Old Town(gegenüberliegende Straßenseite), Bei der Ankunft am Busbahnhof haben wir uns ein Taxi genommen(18€), Zurück dann mit der Linie 4 (old town) und dann kann man mit den Linien 1a, 1b und 3 zum Busbahnhof fahern, Die Busstation bei der Unterkunft heißt Peyton, Fahrkarte im Bus kostet 2,50€, ansonsten 1,73€ und ist 1 Stunde gültig auch bei Umstiegen,\\nWas wirklich ein kleiner Dämpfer war, ist das Restaurant Belvedere oben an der Straße, Wir waren mit 3 Stunden Verspätung angekommen und wollten einfach noch kurz was essen, Der Empfang war schon unfreundlich, Es war nicht viel los und trotzdem hat man uns erstmal warten lassen, Es sind verschiedene Biersorten und Radler auf der Karte aufgeführt, Er hat uns dann angeraunzt, dass es Tuborg gibt sonst nichts, Ansonsten wurden wir ignoriert und als wir ein 2 Getränk bestellen wollten hat er dies mit einem Augenrollen gnädig angenommen, Beim Bezahlen ohne Trinkgeld wurde mir dann übergriffig die Karte aus der Hand gerissen, Das war echt eine unschöne Erfahrung für den erstenAbend in Dubrovnik und wir haben sowas auch nicht wieder erlebt, Folgt man der Straße oben nach links kommen einige nette Läden, so dass man das Restaurant meiden kann,
