Here is your answer - Swimming is LITERALLY on your doorstep, without even having to cross a road, and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik area. Just 10 minutes from the busy city center on a peaceful village road, and only a short walk from the bus stop, Apartment Cecilija (House Tereza) sits on a quiet and relaxing seafront overlooking the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay. Apartment is on the ground floor. We offer private waterfront with sunbeds & umbrellas. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included. There is a shared terrace for dining on the gorund floor and there is a dining table in front of Apartment Cecilija which belongs to this apartment. Outdoor area (waterfront and ground floor terrace) are shared with other guests staying in House Tereza. Apartment Cecilija consists of 2 double bed bedrooms (160x200 cm) , 2 bathrooms and living room with kitchen. There are electric stove, fridge, oven, filter coffee machine and kettle in the kitchen. There is no washing machine in the unit. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, but beach towels are not provided. There are 2 air conditioning in apartment. Private parking is in front of the house. There are restaurants and a well equipped mini-market near the bus stop, and several other good restaurants a gentle stroll away, within easy walking distance around the bay. But you may not want to dine out once you have enjoyed your covered terrace to dine al fresco, overlooking the sea. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Pictures in the add are exactly what you get. Also easy to book a boat with the owners themselves, which means you can get in and out right in front of your own room to go and explore the islands nearby. Although we did go into the Old Town & the gondola it didn't take us long to realize that we just wanted to be at the Villa enjoying quiet time by the sea, a few glasses of wine & maybe a wander around the cove to our favourite restaurant, Dandy.My only regret is not having more time there. Wanted a place close to old town but away from the crowds and easy access to the water, this hit the mark on all points. Perfect spot to reconnect with the family, 10-20 min walk to 2 grocery stores and 6 restaurants. The hosts were very gracious and helpful with transfers from airport and recommending things to do . Appartment für 10 Tage gemietet. Es ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als die Bilder. Die Vermieter waren total hilfsbereit und nett. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tisch aid der Terrasse, die unmittelbar am Meer liegt. Liegen mit Sonnenschirm standen zur Verfügung. Es gab einen direkten Zugang zum Meer mit glasklarem Wasser. Über die Vermieter hatten wir eine private Speedboottour zu den 3 Inseln und der blauen Grotte gebucht.... Kann man nur empfehlen. Alles in allem gibt es nur positives zu berichten....
