Close to Dubrovnik by the local bus and Uber, maybe 10 or 15 minutes drive without traffic. Also close to a grocery store. Selma was nice enough to meet me 6 am in the morning to hold my luggage for me before I checked it so that I could go on my excursion, it really helped me a lot that day. She help us with the Uber driver to help him understand the address as he was front another country. She greet us with tea and we were able to leave our luggage before check in. The apartment has all to cook a meal , air condition and it was comfortable. The shower is wonderful and it is close to old town very easy to take the bus and in 10 minutes you are at old town.
