Two small shops, a great sandwich bar, bakery and delicious restaurant (sesame) all within a 5-10 min walk. A coffee spot right in dubrovnik university was also delightful. It was too hot to use the Jacuzzi but we sat on the foyer and enjoyed the shade. The view is incredible despite the overgrown bushes without which it would honestly be too hot. The walk up and down was not terrible but there isn't an easy spot for a taxi to stop or park immediately there (all things that were explained in the listing!). It would have been wonderful to have a coffee maker but all other amenities that were available were great. We didn't meet the host unfortunately and I completely missed the amazing materials that were left for us to browse under the TV but again that's not to fault the hostess. The only downside was an unpleasant oder from under the sink in the kitchen area However the apartment was clean and there were towels and soap left for us which was much appreciated. ##### Marina S.
