Lovely One Bed Apartment in Hip End of Temple Bar

  • Summary:

    Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located City Centre base.

    A one bedroom apartment centrally situated at the hip end of Temple Bar just off Dame Street beside Dublin Castle.

    In excellent condition with a small balcony overlooking onto cool, pedestrianised Cows Lane.

    Situated on the 1st floor, comprising entrance hallway, open plan living/dining/kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom. There is access to an attractive internal courtyard.

    Unfortunately due to Management Rules, we cannot host Pets at this property.

    The Neighborhood:

    Temple Bar is one of Dublin's prime entertainment districts where you will find an array of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops along with a host of cultural landmarks with art galleries, theatres and Dublin Castle all surrounding the property. St. Stephen's Green, Grafton Street, O'Connell Street and Henry Street are all within short walking distance and also nearby are Trinity College Dublin, Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and Heuston Station.

    The area is well serviced by regular bus routes and the LUAS is also within a few minutes' walk.

    We’re happy to provide a travel cot for your stay. Just to clarify, in Ireland a “cot” refers to a baby crib, suitable for infants and young children.

    As cots are stored off-site, a small fee applies for delivery and collection. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure it’s delivered in time for your check-in.

Great location just a short walk from the main Temple Bar / restaurant area. Has a very handy bakery just around the corner from it which we frequented for breakfast. The nights can be noisy because the bars and pubs are only a few streets over, so if wishing to sleep with the windows open, bring ear plugs. Great place to stay with all the amenities you may need.

We were delighted with our stay at this comfortable flat. The location was excellent. It’s true that being in the Temple Bar neighborhood, central, lively and fun as it is, does mean that there might be street noise at times in the middle of the night. Apart from that, the only issue we had was getting the key when we first arrived, but our host was very helpful in working to straighten that out.
