Fab hotel

Posted 16-Oct-2016
A really friendly & lovely hotel a short taxi ride into dublin. Could not fault the hotel in any shape or form. With good bars and restaurants close by and in the hotel if you don't want to go into town centre. Would definately stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Pros: A/C
Cons: Price of Breakfast. make it more affordable.
Location: The Yellow hop on and hop off bus was within walking distance to get on. Pub and a few restaurants were nearby.
Was a wonderful hotel. Loved that room was A/C as I get very hot even in cool Dublin. Room was very comfortable and always clean. We stayed for a total of 6 nights and loved this hotel. The young lady who cleaned the room did an awesome job. Everything we asked for was delivered immediately (pillows, ice, etc.) The only negative is that the Breakfast was overpriced so we never ate at hotel.

Lovely room in a lovely hotel in a great part of Dublin, overlooking Herbert Park. Good value for money and would stay here again.

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past years. Ballsbridge is a great, peaceful area - but not too far from our local office. Positives: rooms are fine, hotel location is good, staff are friendly, wifi is free (and works well) etc. There are no power sockets near your bed, so that is a bit annoying. Reception can get quite busy in the morning.

Jog on, as the young say

Security over-played. Felt like a secure Government bldg. Entire experience somewhat clinical in feel, certainly not a comfortable, friendly hotel. But, price for Ballsbridge hotel on a Saturday in July remarkable. But maybe not, it was strangely half-empty !
