GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. Other things to note Please note that bedrooms 6 & 7 are located separately from the rest of the home in a granny flat. This space includes a bathroom and kitchenette. There are doors separating both bedrooms, however, the kitchenette is in the same space as bedroom 7.
Also note that guests will be expected to climb approximately 15 stairs if staying on the top floor. There are also additional stairs at the entry point. There are an extra 3 stairs to reach the elevated ensuite platform in the master bedroom. The granny flat space also has 2 stairs.

The house is absolutely sensational, the owner has literally thought of every detail for adults and kids alike! Great for large families. The kitchen was absolutely sensational! The kitchen was missing sharp knives, and the owner promptly replaced the missing knives! There is a pool attached to the spa, but it is cold, and not cleaned as frequently as the main pool. Under the beds had not been cleaned, but everything else was absolutely perfect and well thought out!
The house was as described and perfect for our family.
The house was clean and amenities perfect.
We had plenty of room to spread out and everyone e was very impressed. Including toys, games etc.
There was nothing needed for us to enjoy our visit.

Great property/residence for family/friend get together. Kids kept amused with the various toys/games/pool that are available. Adults made good use of gym and BBQ area. Perfect indoor entertaining with massive fully equipped kitchen, dining area and tv room. All parties had individual rooms and plenty of space in any of the 3 living areas to ensure there was enough quiet space if needed.
Highly recommend the hosts and property.
It was our first time in Dubbo, but it felt like we lived there for awhile. Access to the house was easily communicated by the owner, smooth check in! The location of the house was excellent, near to all shops needed and very much accessible to Taronga Zoo - Dubbo. The house felt so homey, very clean, enough space for all of us! All bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were clean too! Well maintain and Not to mention all the toiletries that are available for our use, i fell inlove with the scent of kakadu apple! The kitchen was so big! We actually spent a lot of time in the kitchen during our stay, cooking and just enjoying our family togetherness. All in all it was an amazing stay!
We had a fantastic stay, Kate was super helpful and responsive and the property was wonderful. It really added a lot of value to our trip away. Highly recommend.
