### Spacious Studio with balcony in AL Majan

If you love the beauty of Modern architecture combined with the charm of nature, this place is for you. Aras Residences’ interiors are tastefully constructed to capture both classic elegance and contemporary class. It is in the new Majan area which makes its residents experience incomparable lifestyles and perfect luxury, as it has all the services needed by its resident.  
Our studio apartment in ARAS Residence, with minimalist decor, offers maximum privacy and is perfect for single professionals and couples.   
The living area includes a sofa, a dining table, and a modern flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook your favorite meals including a cooking hob with an oven, a toaster, and a freezer/fridge. The area is very spacious and equipped with a king-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe. It also offers access to the balcony where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the community. You will appreciate the full bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink fitted with a large mirror, and of course full complimentary toiletries.  
  
We are pleased to offer you our stay package which contains ARAS residence class facilities and amenities including a swimming pool, free private parking, a high-speed elevator, and a fully equipped gym.   
  
It is close to the largest park in Dubai IMG World and the world-known Global Village. It is also only 12 minutes away from The Miracle Garden, and Butterfly Garden. Another huge venue is the Dubai Autodrome in Motor City being 16 minutes away and Ras Al Khor Reserve is about 29 minutes, it is also less than 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport, Jumeirah Beach, and Burj Khalifa, and we reach Ski Dubai in 30 minutes.
