The pool was lovely and the beach clean and inviting. The spa was an amazing experience and the atmosphere relaxing and peaceful. The staff in every area of the resort were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Indoor pool is closed since March 2026. A-la Carter restaurants are closed. Ruffles club at the 6th floor is very poor. We requested a photo shoot with our own photographer in advance. They refused to allow it. The soundproofing in the rooms is poor. You can hear every scream of the neighbors' children. The sauna in SPA costs AED 450. If you book a massage for AED 600 per hour, the spa is free. Drinks at dinner are still extra if you book half board. The gym is average but spacious.

We’ve had a wonderful time at the Raffles. The Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming - we did not have to lift a finger. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a stunning suite with views of the Palm/garden/beach. I recommend anyone the Raffles Club - we enjoyed our breakfasts and afternoon tea on the L6 terrace. We will be back soon!

Beautiful hotel lovely large rooms, food was delicious. Pool and beech area was well kept and comfortable. As a vegetarian staying Half Board the vegetarian food options were lacking.

Raffles the Palm is a beautiful hotel, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We checked in late around midnight and our room on the 1st floor was noisy with music bleeding from a nightclub below, but the staff offered to move us to the 5th floor which worked well for us. The breakfast and food overall was excellent with a wide variety of choice, an area for improvement is the the cost of soft drinks and alcohol which seemed excessively high starting from £7 for a Coca Cola or other soft drink. Also the beach area was being worked on which distracted a little from the beach vibe, however the pool was wonderful and overall we loved our stay and would recommend for a relaxing few days.
