First time staying in this area, and it was a perfect location for what I needed. Staff were great and very helpful with anything I needed. Managed to check in early due to arriving early that day. This is right next to a Metro station so you can use this or the Tram to get into the Marina & JBR, or walk across the Bridge and into the Marina & JBR by foot. Was a short trip so didn’t get to use the facilities but will stay again as reasonably priced with great facilities and transport links.

Staff was very accommodating, I had came down with a fever and asked for blankets and water in the middle of the night, the staff came right away. They also gave us a 4pm checkout so we have more time to rest.

An okay short stay!

Our stay was okay. Unfortunately our room looked extremely clean but really smelt of cigarettes from a previous guest. The location of the hotel was amazing in proximity to the tram and metro. The surround area was so quiet and nice for a walk. Staff for friendly. The gym was great feature. We were disappointed by the pool. The pictures make it look bigger than it is and work was being done at one end meaning the space for sunbeds was limited at the other end.

Amazing hotel and staff. First class service. Big compliments to them all - from the security, concierge, receptionists, waiters and cleaners. So respectful and very well mannered. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back to Pullman Jumeirah Lake Towers hotel!
