Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in. Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10 AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of AED200\.
