The suite was spacious, Clean. having a kitchenette could be a bonus for this room. staff are very nice. breakfast needs to include more varieties to match with Arab and western guests , as it focus on Asian food ... the hotel is next door to mall of the emirates , and Metro train station at the mall as well as less than 10 min walk to mashreq metro station.

Nice quiet hotel. No street noise. Very good friendly staff. Second time staying here. Will stay again. Things to improve: coffee shop could have some edibles like croissants etc not just cakes. Wi-Fi is a bit slow at 7-10 MB.

Check in was a bit of a hassle. The hotel was clean all the time. The housekeeping staff was very kind and thoughtful. The hotel however was missing a restaurant that has an alcoholic bar and it was also lacking in food options in the hotel. Location was a bit hectic but very close to the mall. The parking was very tight to get into and sometimes hard to find a spot. We had 2 rooms connecting, 1 room had rusty shower parts and plugs that didn’t work. The second room had a lounger that was in really bad shape. Overall I would rate this hotel a 3/5. Not the best place I’ve stayed, but not the worst.

My stay experience
The room was spacious, and the hotel ambience was good. The staff are friendly and helpful, their room service was very quick. The breakfast was also reasonable and the services in the restaurant was very good. The hotel is not renewed and you can see that the carpets are not very clean, the furniture is scratched and broken and the usb cable was not working so you cannot feel comfortable in terms of cleanliness as it looks old and not in a good condition

Excellent hotel in the center of dubai
Excellent hotel!! Great beautiful very large comfortable room, very good breakfast, excellent service, 2 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates and the metro station. Really good hotel!!

Fantastic location. Just a walk away from Mall of the Emirates and the metro station. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Lovely view of the mall. The hotel has a lovely space to sit and read a book or just relax in reception/entrance. Was great to know that one had access to the pool during the pandemic time. They do not mention it and was a shock with check-in, but due to COVID19 they only clean your room every 3 days. So if you need towels or water you need to call housekeeping. Otherwise it was a lovely 2 days.

It was close to metroline and mall of the emirates. On checkin the staff were trying to deal with too many customers at once. The iron had a loose plug which kept heating up after 5-10 mins of usage. This to me was a safety hazard.

They insisted on giving me a smoking room although I booked a non-smoking room. The windows in the rooms are locked. Therefore there is no way to get fresh to the room.

Location is convenient, staff is helpful,
Basically the family connection room is good, big space, hot water. Breakfast is ok. Staff is fast and helpful on checkin, carrying luggages, and calling taxies. The only point to mention probably is the towel, can see some precious feedback they are not clean enough. And same issue during my stay, so I just don’t use them.

Hotel is well located, just a 15 minutes walk to the Emirates Mall. Staff very courteous always ready to assist no matter how busy they are. My room was spacious and clean.

Comfortable and close to mall of emirates
The hotel was very clean and the location was close to the metro. The hotel was near a highway so the view around was not so nice. Internet was so and so. Staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel had a lot of nice facilities. The mall of emirates is super close 5 min walking distance.

The location is great as its near Mall of Emirates, and metro station. room was large and very convenient. I would thanks Saful and Fredi for their great services and for being very welcoming.

Very helpful and friendly staff in this modern looking hotel. One of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in and any personal requests handled professionally and promptly. We stayed as a couple for 7 nights in Nov 2019. Hotel is close to 2 Metro stations (both within 7 mins walking distance) and to Mall of Emirates (5 mins walk) so excellent choices for food. Stayed in a premier room and had a buffet breakfast which had plenty of food choices (omelette/pancake station, croissants, cereals, variety of fresh juices, fruit) We did eat at the hotel restaurant called Kulcha King which also excellent. We ate both chicken and lamb kebabs served with naan bread and fries. Also has a cafe serving light food which we did not use. Mahesh and his team are a great credit to this particular hotel in Al Barsha and the Flora Hotel brand. Overall an truly wonderful stay and we will certainly be back!

The overall stay was disappointing. Bedsheets too small for the bed leaving the end of the mattress bare was a moment we had to laugh at as well as coming to the realisation that the bedsheets were never changed but just made each day! The light switches were reminiscent of a challenge from the crystal maze which provided daily entertainment. If its just about location book away but if you would like to stay in a proper hotel choose another.

The hotel is only a short walk from the Mall of the Emirates and its Metro station. From there it is very easy to take the Metro and explore other parts of Dubai. The Mall of the Emirates is also one of the hubs for the hop on/hop off tourist buses, so very convenient to use and it also houses one of the biggest supermarkets I have ever been to. As going out in Dubai can be very pricey it is great to buy some affordable food in the supermarket. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is also very clean and staff very very friendly. The room I stayed in was huge and very comfortable. When I arrived I had an issue with the television (it couldn't be turned OFF), but this issue was resolved very quickly.
