Located in JVC District 11, this modern apartment features contemporary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable king-size bed and a extra sofa bed in the living area for extra convenience . It's an ideal choice for couples, solo travellers, or friends seeking a stylish and convenient retreat in a prime location.   
  
This 1-bedroom apartment features a spacious open-plan dining and living area, perfect for unwinding after a visit to Circle Mall, just a 4-minute drive away. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the peaceful greenery of JVC. The living area is bright and airy, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
