Old property, bad maintenance
Property is very old. House keeping is poor. They don't want to give enough towels even after asking. Had issues with the TV and tea kettle too.

We booked several rooms for our team on a recent business trip to Sharjah. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, comfortable, and clean. Wifi and appliances worked well. Overall, no complaints on the rooms. Check-in took a bit long, but the front desk staff were friendly, polite, and helpful in calling cabs. There was good food available for purchase in the lobby. The meeting room + food packages were fairly overpriced. We went elsewhere

Had to use the hotel for work. The service is bad and the rating of this hotel is too high. Although I was upgraded to a better room, it was just not a wow factor. the surrounding area was not great. This is not an experience I would repeat

Don't stay there!
No offer of help with bags... room was not cleaned until the evening, and not cleaned well... toilet was blocked... and the food was not as described on the menu and was so awful... I could literally not eat it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

It's my very bad experience staying in this hotel, rude reception staff when complain about the bad view they told me this because u have sheep reservation and we won't change it if u want to complain u contact the hotel .com which u made the reservation thru it but to be fare the extend my stay 2 days more with the same rate This u give me chance to tell my point of view

What was expected but could have been a whole lot
For a Hotel that says it is 4.5 stars it is not. I would say 3.5 at best. The staff are great and for Sharjah it is not bad but definitely not what you would expect from a 4 or 4.5 star hotel in this part of the world. Basically they need to re furbish this hotel. If they did that and then this hotel would be great.

The worst hotel experience we have ever had.
The rooms were not cleaned properly, if ever, when we get in. Floor needs sweeping. Mirrors were spotty. The beige sofa in the living room has the biggest stain I have ever seen!!!! Hair and stains were found on one of the bed covers. Internet was very slow. Toilets were extremly dirty that I call the room service to clean. Last but not least the towels were not fresh!!!!!!

On internet rooms shown are very big but actually they are normal not big. Breakfast really bad no variety at all not even average. I asked for omelette they refused to give. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
