  • MEDLOCK VILLAS DUBAI: This latest addition is our best so far, offering everything premium but the price. Located beside a beautiful lake with play area for children this villa is a popular choice for those looking for a relaxing location with scenic walkways.

    Located just off Sheikh Zayed Road and only 10 mins away from Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Marina, and only 15 mins away from the world famous Palm Jumeirah & Ibn Batutta shopping mall this villa makes the perfect base for any family or group holiday in Dubai.

    The Premium villa comprises of 4 spacious bedrooms and is the largest of all our villas in terms of living space,with an extended living and dining area, a private garden with private swimming pool, covered outdoor seating area, BBQ and an open plan lounge and dining area to comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 8 guests including children.

    To the first floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms. A master bedroom with a large King Size Bed with your very own LCD TV, complete with en-suite bathroom and an outdoor terrace, which overlooks the garden and swimming pool area and a security safe. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a large double bed overlooking the front of the villa. The third bedroom provides two single beds which also overlook the front of the villa. The fourth bedroom also on the first floor provides a sofa bed with LCD TV, can easily be converted from a first floor living room a bedroom if required.

    Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath towels and toiletries are provided as standard. To the ground floor the open plan lounge area provides seating for up to 8 guests, and the extended dining area which also offers seating for 8 guests, a large fully equipped kitchen and a ground floor WC.

    The fully equipped kitchen provides a great area to cook and prepare your own meals with the provision of all crockery and cutlery items.

    Both the dining area and kitchen lead out onto the clean grassed garden which hosts an outdoor dining area, a stunning floor level swimming pool, Jacuzzi and brick BBQ. Sun lounges are also provided along with luxury Egyptian cotton beach towels at your disposal. To get you started Medlock Villas offers a great welcome pack which includes various breakfast items to get your family holiday off to a flying start.

    Also included is weekly maid service as well as television with satellite channels and complimentary Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay.

Great stay.

We had a great stay overall. We booked the Medlock Villas due to the location and the fact that they had private swimming pools which was very important for us. We booked the Premium & Executive villas, both which were fantastic. The guys on the ground were great, always attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Will be back again next year.

Stunning!

My family and I stayed at this villa almost 2 weeks ago and we have a fab time. The villa is spacious, very clean and well located in Dubai. The villa owner Adnan was very helpful and made sure we were happy with everything at all times. The best part of the villa is the garden. Lovely swimming pool and a very well landscaped. Amazing!

We have just returned from what I would call the perfect Dubai holiday. The Premium villa offered by Medlock Villas is truly amazing. The service we received from the team was spot on from the minute we booked and to the time we reached home. The villa itself is very spacious and provides more than adequate room for a medium sized family (we were 4 adults and 3 children). The garden is lovely with a large swimming pool and lots of tropical plants and coconut palms. The neighborhood is very family friendly and consists of generally expats and GCC nationals and is very safe. Thank you once again to every one at Medlock Villas.
