We had a bad service cus the butler finishes his work at 6 and I had a birthday gathering for my friend I was forced to clean and serve my self in all other hotels such Zabel Saray they gave u two butlers for full day !

I am deeply concerned to read about your disappointment in terms of the butler service not being available for the full day. I will be sure to raise this concern to our Rooms Division Manager, to ensure that we look into the schedules of our butler to ensure full day coverage. I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
