Bom hotel e boa localizacao

Rede Kempinski de hotéis muito boa. Gentilmente foi feito o early check in. Nos ofereceram o café da manhã durante a estadia. Funcionários muito eficientes. Localizado praticamente como uma continuação do Mall of the Emirates . Acesso rápido e fácil ao Mall. So tenho elogios ao hotel.

It was great but faced a challenge to get invoice

I need an official invoice for my stay since they reject giving us invoice since we paid through expedia

Nice Hotel in the mall of emirates

Pros: Adjacent to the Mall
Everything was great , except of a small problem where they charged me for Evian bottles of water that i did not consume , however when i told them i did not take it they returned the amount to my card right away

Great hotel, central to most things

We had a great stay at the hotel. Having visited Dubai many times, this hotel was def one of our faves. Only downside for us was the pool as it was tiny and not very child friendly, however we knew this when booking so not an issue. Staff really went the extra mile. We did want to visit the other resort at the Palm as we wanted to use the beach facilities but there was a very steep charge and we were told we'd have to pay this fee per person including our 1 and 3 year old. Maybe this needs to be looked at as its the same company hotel.

Good location connected to the mall. Enabled me to watch late movies without worrying about Taxied or the last train.
