What a disappointment
First of all, there was no room upgrade and zero perks for Expedia Gold status. Upon checking into the room, we immediately saw that in the bathroom, there were paint chips fallen from the ceiling all over the counter. We had to call housekeeping to clean that up. And internet was so spotty. We only get one day of good connection out of 6 days staying there. The only good thing about this hotel is the convenience. It's located inside the Mall of the Emirates with easy access to food court and metro station.
