Club Noir experience.

I recently stayed at your beautiful hotel for the very first time November 2nd, 2016. Upon check-in, I was told that my room was not ready (I arrived before check-in time), and that I was being upgraded, but that room was not ready either. I waited for an hour so The front office manager on duty intervened and I was able to get to my room immediately. I was accommodated in room 537, and it was beautiful. The only issue I had was no hot water in the shower. I did not notice this until the following morning. Our experience at Club Noir was unsatisfactory. I sent an email to The front office manager and the duty manager detailing the events from that night. I am yet to receive a response from either gentleman.

I got a great deal on Expedia so I was already pretty happy to be staying at this hotel, given its amazing location. You literally walk out into Mall of the Emirates and it's a few feet away from Ski Dubai. I was pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade to a junior suite thanks to my Expedia elite status. The suite was amazing. My favorite part is that there's an iPad in the room where you find information about the hotel, the mall, and you can order room service. I ordered dinner and the service was fast and the food quality was great. Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Definitely worth it.

What a disappointment

First of all, there was no room upgrade and zero perks for Expedia Gold status. Upon checking into the room, we immediately saw that in the bathroom, there were paint chips fallen from the ceiling all over the counter. We had to call housekeeping to clean that up. And internet was so spotty. We only get one day of good connection out of 6 days staying there. The only good thing about this hotel is the convenience. It's located inside the Mall of the Emirates with easy access to food court and metro station.

Pros: Personnel au petit soin mention spécial pour Rami qui a été super Pro et sympatique
Cons: La chambre était extra mais le bruit de l'autoriute peut être gênant

Pros: location and cleanliness
Cons: pool not consistent. sometimes you got water, often not etc
Location: mall attached so everthing including shopping, ski, cinema, food. great for short stay and not far from beach
Lovely hotel, great location but nothing too outstanding. Rooms lovely but pool staff inconsistent with service and beds and water etc. No fruit in room which is usually a nice touch.

Pros: Good location, adjacent to the Mall of the Emirates. Generous room.
Cons: No view (a rooftop and wall) from the hotel room. Strange odor. awkward access to gym (usually entailing a change of elevators to access the floor).
Location: Skiing, eating, shopping.
