Beautifull luxury and attentive

Second visit to this hotel and all I can say this time the hotel excelled my expectations . Lovely breakfast every type of breakfast line u found imagine . Staff couldn't be better . Cleaned our room three times a day . Will visit again thank u for making our holiday

Very good stay. The gym was a disappointment, clean but small and boxed away without even a window. All other facilities excellent and fantastic staff.

Bom hotel e boa localizacao

Rede Kempinski de hotéis muito boa. Gentilmente foi feito o early check in. Nos ofereceram o café da manhã durante a estadia. Funcionários muito eficientes. Localizado praticamente como uma continuação do Mall of the Emirates . Acesso rápido e fácil ao Mall. So tenho elogios ao hotel.

It was great but faced a challenge to get invoice

I need an official invoice for my stay since they reject giving us invoice since we paid through expedia

여러방을 예약했는데 제방은 취소되어있어서...

시스템 에러인지 몰라도 무슨 사유인지 제방은 취소되어 있어서 체크인 하는데 애를 먹었습니다. 좀더 원활한 업데이트가 있었으면 합니다.

We had a bad service cus the butler finishes his work at 6 and I had a birthday gathering for my friend I was forced to clean and serve my self in all other hotels such Zabel Saray they gave u two butlers for full day !

Nice Hotel in the mall of emirates

Pros: Adjacent to the Mall
Everything was great , except of a small problem where they charged me for Evian bottles of water that i did not consume , however when i told them i did not take it they returned the amount to my card right away
