Friendliest Luxury Hotel in Dubai

Pros: The location was the key point, being so close to the mall meant shopping and eating were a plenty.
Cons: The only thing negative was the comfort of the pull out bed. It was a bit hard for my liking.
Location: The Mall of the Emirates was right next door, although you could access it from the hotel. Plus you had access to the metro system.
Stayed for 5 nights in Jan 2016 and have to say I wasn't disappointed. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. We stayed in an Executive Double room, it was extremely clean, lots of room and was spotless. The Executive lounge was another treat, we are breakfast and afternoon tea everyday. All the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Extra touches also made the stay more enjoyable, these included chocolates and dates left in the room, we also got fresh fruit. The iPads were also an added bonus.

Good hotel

The stay of the hotel was good e.g the suite itself, room service and easy access to the mall. However, there wasn't a good view and when we wanted the room to be clean, it wasn't cleaned properly e.g. Floor was not hoovered or cleaned properly and the sinks in the toilet.

The room is perfectly designed and equipped to suit travellers' needs. Excellent service and great hospitality from all hotel staff! Will surely stay in Kempinski again in our next trip to Dubai!

This hotel was so good. Wifi was available anywhere in hotel. But restaurant was not familier with us, Japanese.

モール直結なので非常に便利で使いやすいホテルでした。メトロの駅からも近くなのでその点も評価できます。便利な分、お値段も立派です。

Nice as it is adjacent to the mall

Good stay at the hotel. Rooms are good and hotel access to the mall is great. Valet parking takes time to bring your car as it alesys busy and to drive from hotel to main roads you have to go through two traffic lights that are very busy

very nice hotel and great location

Very nice, spacious room, on my arrival I was upgraded to Deluxe room through Expedia Elite Plus. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they make you feel special. Location is great, middle of everywhere. Close to Downtown, close to Jumeriah beach, close to Dubai Marina. 10-15mins drive to almost all the prime locations in Dubai.
