Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan Dubai
Even after govt’s suggestions not to checkout. They are asking their guests to leave the hotel. Not accommodating even in the current situation. Zera empathy from the staff members and hotel. They are money sucking machines

Rove Downtown Dubai
I had a very pleasant stay her at Rove Downtown in Dubai. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean. The gym is small and clean but enough to get a good work out in. I really appreciated the workspace they have available. The hotel is in an excellent location.

Grand Hyatt Dubai
Rude staff at pool side and waterpark. 3 people questioned if my newborn was wearing a swim nappy, then went on to ask why it looks swollen. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Manager did nothing to resolve apart from say sorry. We left early
