"We booked for the whole villa however upon arrival she didn't want to give the door codes to one of the rooms. She sent aggressive texts when we asked for access to this room, see below. She spam messaged a lot on WhatsApp, Facebook and Vrbo prior to the booking to give tips and info but it was stressful communication. She's now mentioned she will take my advice and create a pdf welcome doc. Cameras in all communal areas, even above outdoor shower. Downstairs room was unfinished. No rules or...
