Enjoy your relaxing vacation days in our apartment on the Zuchthof Neuland Stud. Your holiday home Arthuus is embedded in paddocks and idyllic nature. The old Niedersachsenhof was lovingly renovated and furnished with antiques and works of art by international artists. The rose garden in front of the house blooms in lush splendor and invites you to linger. There’s a patio and a garden pavilion in the skulpture garden. The apartment is equipped with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bed), a spacious kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The bathroom has a washing machine. The Alte Land invites you to bike tours and visits to the small historical places. The Elbe beach is about 5km from the apartment. The historic Hanseatic city of Stade with its inland port is in the immediate vicinity. Shops for daily needs are in Drochtersen, 3 km away.
The Elbe metropolis Hamburg is approx. 50 km away and invites with many attractions and sights for example to musicals, theater or even shopping.
Long walks on the Elbe dike, sailing and a luxurious spa are among the many leisure activities in the area.

Eine wunderschöne Umgebung. Problemloser Check in und - out. Tolles altes Haus mit großen Zimmern und Rückzugsorten für jeden. Sehr schöner Garten mit Sonnenaufgang. Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, perfekt. Geschirrtuch usw. Ruhe, überall Ruhe. Dankeschön von uns allen👏

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Sehr großzügige und geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung in parkähnlicher Umgebung mit altem Baumbestand. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Für das erste Frühstück war gesorgt, es gab reichlich flauschige Handtücher und sogar Duschgel, Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta war vorhanden. Auch die Küchenausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Alle drei Schlafzimmer boten ausreichlich Platz, in den Bücherregalen gab es für jeden Geschmack Lesestoff, von den Kunstobjekten und Bildern ganz zu schweigen. Kurz: es war einfach nur schön und auf jedenfall nur zu empfehlen.

Es handelt sich um ein altes Bauernhaus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail in eine gemütliche, rustikale Ferienwohnung verwandelt wurde. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig eingerichtet, bei der Küche und dem Bad merkt man allerdings, dass es sich mal um ein Bauernhaus gehandelt hat. Das Haus liegt recht abgeschieden zwischen Feldern und Wiesen, was eine ländliche Atmosphäre (inklusive Kühnen vorm Wohnzimmer :-)) garantiert, die Wege aber auch etwas länger macht. Auf jeden Fall ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Kehdinger un d Alte Land.

Das Beste: Der tolle Garten bei sommerlichen Temperaturen; Dann die Geräumigkeit der Wohnung; Dann die Kunstwerke überall (Was Rudi Neuland auf seiner Homepage über die Erfahrung von Kunst schreibt, können wir nur unterstützen); Das Weinfest in Stade ist super. Was würden wir bei einem erneuten Besuch anders machen: Hamburg muss nicht sein nach vielen Tagen der „Gartenruhe“; Wir würden uns noch mehr Gesprächsmöglichkeiten mit den Eigentümern - auch über die Kunstwerke - wünschen.

Wer Ruhe sucht...
ist hier absolut richtig - aber: ohne Auto geht leider nichts! Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, das Haus ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Jork, Buxtehude, Stade und auch rauf bis Cuxhaven. Radeln an der Elbe entlang oder einfach zur Obstblüte oder -ernte kommen und an der Natur erfreuen!

Sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung
Wir haben die ruhigen Tage im Arthus sehr genossen. Frau Neuland und ihr Bruder waren sehr aufmerksam und haben sich sehr um kleine Details gekümmert. Wir hatten das Gefühl, sehr willkommen zu sein. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Garten
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, grosszügig und sehr sauber. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden . Der riesige Garten ist traumhaft schön und es lässt sich auf den bequemen Liegestühlen wunderbar relaxen und geniessen. Der Standort ist perfekt um das alte Land , Cuxhaven und Hamburg zu erkunden . Herzlichen Dank für eine unvergesslich schöne Ferienwoche !
