Great place for the whole famliy!

Our son was married in Dripping Springs, and we had our entire family (7 couples) stay at the home over the weekend. The place was relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyed by all. The game room was a huge hit in the evening for everyone to hang out and play games. Highly recommend this location for a great family getaway.

Perfect paradise retreat

This place was amazing. We got lots of use out of the pool as well as the barn during the heat of the day. The maintenance and host were highly responsive once we arrived. Only downside is not much around but the heb delivery comes in handy with last minute items. Would come back time and time again.

Everything was great - from the home to the attentive team who helped us along the way! The kitchen and barn were great gathering areas. The barn is truly special. The outdoor space was amazing too with views of the hill country and stars at night. It's hard to leave this wonderful place but we did arrange some rides to explore Austin, which was a nice balance to our trip.

Awesome Property

This place is truly incredible and the service we received was excellent. Every detail is perfect - down to the soaps and shampoos in each room. It is stocked with high-end cooking utensils and baking ware, it smells amazing, etc. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property and this owner to anyone on Vrbo. We'll be staying here again for sure.

This house has great views, luxury items, good design sense, and incredible areas all over the property for entertaining and hanging out. We loved the game barn with pool table, poker table, shuffleboard, movie theatre and bar!

Everything was diamond level. The facilities, instructions, and amenities. It has several of everything you’d want or need. Beautiful area. It’s not cheap because it’s totally worth it for a big group. Highly recommend if you have the chance. Will save up to stay there again one day.

A Great Property for a Big Group

This is a wonderful house and space. The pictures did not do it justice. It is a wonderful space for a big family group, and the Party Barn was a highlight, in addition to the pool and hill country views. Overall, I give this property very high marks. The driveway, parking, entry/exit to the property were fantastic. Party Barn was amazing.

Good and clean house for young families

Very large play room which includes many indoor games. Missing is the only outdoor games. If added Pickleball court or basket ball court, it will be perfect. Very cleaned house and a lot of utensils. Little away from market but if you are looking for privacy, its perfect.

Perfection in the Hill Country

I brought clients to this property and it's the perfect balance of relaxation, space, and entertainment. 10/10 stay. It's secluded so you're out of the buzz of Austin, but the "party barn" is next level. There's a great deal of thoughtfulness in the design and decor of this property that makes this a next level property. The layout of the house and number of bedrooms with connected/private bathrooms makes this an ideal option for larger groups without feeling like you're on top of one another in the house.

We booked this property for my bachelor party (group of 10) and it absolutely did not disappoint! The lot has incredible views during the day, and all the entertainment at night! The game barn provides a great atmosphere to enjoy time with friends and family. The location is very close to a handful of breweries / wineries - day trips to visit these establishments are very easy. Overall 10/10 - even cooler than the pictures on the listing. Incredible.

Our family can't say enough good things about this property. It's so well thought out down to every last little detail. We couldn't get over how good it smelled and the decor was so enjoyable to just be in each room. The beds were so comfy and the shower items smelled great. We had a sunny day that we got to sit around the pool and enjoy the scenery. But that Party Barn though!!! We frequent Las Vegas often and we felt like we were in Vegas without the travel time. There was something for everyone to play and do. Thank you for helping us create an everlasting family memory!

Fantastic property

This gem of a location was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 business colleagues. We came from various areas around the US for a team retreat/business planning weekend. Having the main house as our spot for meals and the entertainment building as a separate meeting and social space was exactly what we needed. Both spaces are stunningly equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. The entertainment building has professional level shuffle board, poker table, pool table, full bar, refrigerator, tons of seating with bar style tables, and a large projector screen for presentations. Wonderful communication during our entire stay. The hosts were helpful and caring. Cannot recommend this place more highly.
