• Per the amenities section, there is no air conditioning.
• While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
• Guests will have access to one of the garage stalls. The others contain personal items/vehicles belonging to the owners.
• We provide one body towel and one wash cloth per sleeping space, as well as a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom.

***We strongly recommend the use of 4x4/AWD vehicles in the winter. Additionally, extreme snowstorms can blow in the driveway, making it impassable until regular plough service can reach the property.***
