We found Brenda and Pat to be very accommodating and the rooms were extremely nice, very clean and had a very nice lake view, plus centrally located along Seneca Lake. A great place if you have a small child, within walking distance of a playground (and ice cream), and a short drive from a number of attractions in the finger lakes. My only complaint would be I wish the owners had provided a little more instruction about the place (maybe a binder in the property) but it was a very small worry. The cabin is well kept and clean. A full kitchen, dishes and flatware, Wi-Fi, Jacuzzi, and a selection of good books make the cabin a comfortable place to spend time. For days when you want to get out, it is close to the Keuka trail, Kashong reserve, Seneca Lake, several wineries, and restaurants, Geneva and Penn Yan.
