Wir waren im allgemeinen sehr zufrieden auch, dass wir spontan noch eine Person mitnehmen konnten. Der Check-in und Check-out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Wir durften die Wohnung früher beziehen was für alle perfekt war.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Mappe mit hilfreichen Tipps und Hinweise. Mit der Bahn ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.

grünes Dresden

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, grüner Umgebung am Rande von Dresden war für uns optimal, zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca. 100m. Trotz des heißen Wetters war die Mansardenwohnung nicht überhitzt, es ging immer ein frisches Lüftchen, dass für eine angenehme Temperatur in der Wohnung und auf der Dachterrasse sorgte. Jederzeit wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage für Reisen

Die Gastgeber empfingen uns freundlich, und das Entladen war dank der Nutzung der Einfahrt entspannt. Die Wohnung hat einen praktischen Schnitt und bietet Platz für sechs Personen am Frühstückstisch. Vom großen Schlafzimmer aus gelangt man auf die schöne Terrasse. Das Bad ist geräumig.Die Schlafmöglichkeiten umfassen zwei Doppelbetten in den Schlafzimmern und eine Couch im Wohnzimmer, die für Personen mit Rückenproblemen jedoch weniger geeignet ist. Eine zusätzliche Luftmatratze könnte im großen Schlafzimmer Platz finden.Die technische Ausstattung ist solide: ein moderner TV im Wohnzimmer, ein weiterer im Schlafzimmer sowie ein Föhn im Bad. Die Küche bietet alles Notwendige, einschließlich Toaster, Mikrowelle und Unterbauradio.Nach Absprache steht eine hauseigene Sauna zur Verfügung.Die FeWo liegt in Coschütz/Dresden. Die Lage ist ruhig. Verkehrsanbindung durch ÖPNV ist sehr gut, die Haltestelle ist ca. 50m weiter. Auch kommt man schnell auf die Bundesstraßen und zur Autobahn richtig Pirna usw. Für Schlössertouren daher sehr geeignet. Ansonsten befinden sich in dem Stadtteil eher wenig Restaurants. Ob die, die es da gibt, gut sind, kann ich nicht sagen.Zusammenfassend hatten wir einen schönen und gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Besonders die Lage der FeWo zu Ausflugszielen fanden wir sehr gut.

Hat alles super geklappt

Wir waren nur für eine Übernachtung in der Wohnung. Aber es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir wollten gerne 2 Stunden früher einchecken. War kein Problem. Ruhige Gegend. S-Bahn und Bus direkt zu erreichen. Kurz vor der Anreise eine SMS bekommen mit sehr genauen Angaben. War alles reibungslos. Vielen Dank.
