Typically Saxon! Cozy little apartment in the heart of Dresden.

  • If you want to travel to Dresden, you should be aware of the culture and the people who exude cosiness and tranquility.

    This we have taken up and rent on our property, a former farm, near the city center of Dresden, two small townhouses with a total of four apartments, Saxonly cozy for curious Dresden visitors.

    In our neighborhood "Strehlen" meets the construction of Gründerzeit villas, historic farmsteads and new downtown architecture and all within an 800 year old village center with a romantic park and a small stream, in a quiet yet very central location of Dresden.
    Since September 2016, this apartment is completed. You expect a high quality standard!

Besuch der Familie und Enkelkinder

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Schön ist, dass die Haltestelle für Straßenbahn und Bus gleich um die Ecke liegt. Auch befinden sich sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Dresden

Ich habe ein hübsch eingerichtetes, schön und ruhig gelegenes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht, vorgefunden. Die Verkehrsanbindung und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch prima und die Nähe zum großen Garten hat mir sehr gefallen. Ein perfekter Ort zum Erkunden einer wunderschönen Stadt!

Sehr Schönes Apartement,

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist einfach super, ruhig gelegen, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt und der große Garten in 10 bzw 15 min erreichbar. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr schöne Wohnung - verkehrsgünstig gelegen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig - Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle sind fast direkt vor dem Haus. Auch ist der S-Bhf. Strehlen sehr schnell erreichbar. So kann man das Auto stehen lassen. Auch die Informationsmappe der Vermieter war sehr hilfreich und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzger, Lebensmittel) sind unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Dresden.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allen was man braucht. Bäcker, Edeka, Asiatisches Lokal, Straßenbahn Haltestelle, alles ganz in der nähe, gleich vor der Haustür. Für dem Hund ist ein schönes Rasengelände mit kleinen Bach vom Wasserverband, so 300 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt vorhanden. Außerdem ist der Stadtgarten zu Fuß über kleine Wege schnell zu Erreichen. Wir waren jeden Tag mit Auto oder der Straßenbahn in der sehr schönen Altstadt von Dresden. Der Kurzurlab hat uns gut gefallen.
