You are looking for a high-quality, cozy apartment for up to 5 people in the green outskirts of Dresden. We welcome you in a quiet residential area on a sunny south-facing slope. In our home garden, with its special charm, you can relax and feel good after your excursions. Children can use the swing, tree house and a large trampoline. Dresden brochures and maps are available for you in the apartment. We can also give you recommendations for trips to Moritzburg or Saxon Switzerland. The apartment in our 2 family house is on the sunny, bright ground floor. On the 800 square meter, terraced property, a few steps lead to the front door. We have designed the facility with love, always thinking about how we would like a holiday apartment. Our apartment has a living area of 85 square meters. A large passage leads you from the kitchen to the living room to the south with a fireplace and the like. large corner couch, CD radio, satellite TV with DVD player. The apartment has 3 bedrooms for up to 5 people. The bedroom windows are equipped with insect protection and blackout blinds. In the large, bright kitchen with garden view there is a large fridge with a small freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Der Weg zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln geht ein paar Minuten den Berg hoch, was aber für uns kein Problem war, und wir konnten so das Auto die ganze Zeit stehen lassen. Die Gastgeber haben an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht, die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Sitzplatz im Garten ist sehr idyllisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war absolut unkompliziert. Selbst ohne Nachfragen stand immer ein frisch gefüllter Korb mit Holz für den Kamin vor dem Eingang. Die Gegend ist absolut ruhig; man hat nicht das Gefühl in einer großen Stadt zu sein, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Anbindung an die Straßenbahn und Supermärkte ist super, alles fußläufig; und man ist in kurzer Zeit mit der Bahn im Stadtzentrum. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal. ##### Nadine H. Lage des Objekts war richtig Interessant. Einen Parkplatz hatten wir direkt vor dem Fenster auf der kleinen Straße. Das Objekt war sauber und hatte einen guten Komfort. Es war alles vorhanden, was ich in einer Ferienwohnung erwarte. Da ich früher in der Gegend gewohnt habe, wusste ich von dem etwas abgelegenen Ort. Fliegengitter, Verdunklung), gemütlicher Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den schönen Garten. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, durch die nahe Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist man schnell in der Innenstadt; guter Startpunkt ins Elbsandsteingebirge Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eher zweckmäßig eingerichtete und ausgestattete Unterkunft. Duschsituation in der Badewanne nicht von Vorteil und auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß.Wohnung war aber tip-top sauber. Lage am Hang und Garten sehr schön. Parksituation in der Straße eher schwierig. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker nicht ganz so dicht an der Wohnung.
