Dresden old town. A very lovingly and generously furnished apartment in a very good, central location. The apartment is well equipped and can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children. Enjoy your holiday directly at the recreation park, the "Great Garden" and benefit from the good connection to public transport. Thanks to the central location, you can reach all sights without a car very well and spend your holiday in our wonderful city. Should you still be traveling by car, there are enough public parking spaces in front of the house. Internet, bed linen, hand and bath towels, accommodation and cleaning costs are included in the price. For guests there is a double bed and a sofa bed, for 2 persons each. In the living room there are plenty of seating and a dining table for a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen is separated from the living area by a counter and fully equipped. Auch wenn die Lage nicht ganz zentrumsnah liegt, gibt es eine gute ÖPNV Verbindung (Tram/Bus/Bahn). Für unseren Töpfeabwasch fehlte ein Schwamm/Lappen, welchen wir selbst gekauft haben. Gewürze gab es nur Salz/Pfeffer und das auch nicht viel. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Um die Ecke ist ein schöner Park mit einem Zoo. Und auch der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir sind gut ohne Auto zurecht gekommen.Für ein Pärchen ist die Wohnung gut geeignet (aber 1,40m Bett. Für mehr Leute oder mit zusätzlichen Baby kann ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Sie ist sehr hellhörig und im Winter zu kalt. Im Hauptraum hat es einen Tag gedauert bis die Heizung an ging.
