Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Stayed 4 nights in a unit with balcony. The location is great, very convenient to walk into the Old Town, shopping areas, the Grosser Garten, and even the big Friday Market is nearby. Everything else is easy to reach with multiple tram lines or buses stopping very close to the apartment. Check-in is with codes only and it works perfectly once the door's opening system becomes familiar (I got it after the first time). There was a small miscommunication regarding one of the codes which got resolved promptly via the contact info provided. The unit is spacious, very well equipped with everything needed to spend a comfortable time. The only downside was people smoking in the nearby units. My understanding was that this is a non- smoking property. Unfortunately, with no staff on site, people will take advantage of it. Just the human nature. Otherwise, a great stay. Thank you!

C'est l'arrivée qui n'est pas facile car sur le site, indication de l'arrivée à 15 hrs mais sur place était de 16 hrs. Pour avoir accès à la laveuse à linge il faut demander une puce d'entrée. Il manque des instructions concernant ou sont les poubelles. Mais l'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait près transport en commun épicerie vieille ville jardin botanique et le fleuve où on peut y marcher longtemps.
