  • The non-smoking apartment (75 m2) for 2 adults with a small charming roof terrace is located in the attic of a 2-family house with garden and panoramic views of the Elbe slopes, Saxon Switzerland and the Eastern Ore Mountains. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette and lounge area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with separate shower and bath. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with fridge, coffee maker, TV and radio are in the living area. When furnishing value was placed on a stylish decor. Towels and linen are included. Washing machine and dryer are available on request. Pets are not allowed due to the allergy friendly furnishings. Parking is available in the service road. Setting bicycles is not a problem. Perfect connection to the city center by train and bus. Within 15 minutes you are in the historic city center. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance. Welcome.
